Tablet contains abacavir 300 mg, lamivudine 150 mg, zidovudine 300 mg. Use in renal failure (CrCl <50 mL/min) not recommended. For CrCl <50 mL/min, use each drug individually with appropriate dose adjustment. See individual drugs for pharmokinetic data.
